It features an ergonomic mechanical design. The latest AS X2 PLUS analytical balance has a spacious weighing chamber, and the clearance of the open door facilitates access to the weighing pan. This makes it possible to use laboratory glassware of different sizes. The new aluminum base ensures the stability of the weighing system.

The Dual-CLICK system allows the weighing chamber to be assembled and disassembled without tools, and a special design of guides for the weighing chamber glass (without edges) makes it convenient to keep the device clean.

Innovative construction solutions increase the durability and reliability of the balance in long-term operation.

Radwag scale with LevelSENSING System
Sensors built into the digital scale measure the inclination and show a graphic message on the display of the weighing device. In accordance with GLP and GMP, the LevelSENSING system simplifies adjustment, ensures continuous level control and reports deviations.

The leveling operation is simplified and facilitated by the reduction of the number of adjustable support points (2 points).

Internal adjustment
The modernized internal adjustment system guarantees precise indications in extremely unfavorable conditions.

Color touch screen
The state-of-the-art 5″ diagonal touch panel ensures convenient operation, even when wearing laboratory gloves.
The AS X2 PLUS analytical balances ensure simple and intuitive communication thanks to the wide selection of widgets. The widgets can be freely configured according to the user’s needs.

The customization of the display facilitates access to information and results directly from the home screen. The user can configure a complete set of buttons and assign it to a specific operating mode. Information and text fields can also be defined.

SMARTLab Digital Balances
AS X2 PLUS balances are equipped with a comprehensive SMARTLab system. It ensures support and monitoring of the mass measurement process and reduces the risk of error caused by the so-called “human factor”:
Automatic adjustment
Regardless of external environmental conditions, the automatic internal adjustment system guarantees 100% efficiency in eliminating sensitivity deviations of the balance.
ALIBI memory
Data security is guaranteed with the ALIBI memory, which is integrated in the AS X2 PLUS balances. The memory allows up to 500,000 weighs to be recorded and ensures continuity of data collection over a long period of time.
Data control
Access to scale information depends on the user’s permission level. The administrator can manage three different permission levels.
Sensors
Non-contact operation and programmable sensors facilitate daily work and reduce the range of actions performed during the weighing procedure.
Automatic weighing records
Process and partial weighing reports can be generated and sent for archiving via USB to external devices.
Wi-Fi
Remote control of the scale via devices, whose operation is based on Android, IPhone, Windows10 systems.
Monitoring of environmental conditions
Communication with RADWAG thermohygrometer allows monitoring of environmental conditions such as temperature and atmospheric humidity.

Databases
The information system of the AS X2 PLUS scales is based on 7 databases that allow the operation of many users with numerous products, all stored data can be subjected to analysis. Weighing data is recorded in 7 databases:
Operators (max. 100 entries),
Products (max. 5 000 entries),
Weighing (max. 50 000 entries),
Containers (max. 100 entries)
Formulations (max. 100 entries),
Customers (max. 1000 entries),
ALIBI memory (max. 512 000 weighings).
In addition, it is possible to create formulation reports (max. 500 reports).
